Qualified outdoor instructor and personal trainer based in Sheffield with years of experience working and playing outdoors. I also like dogs, and eating cake!

Personal training to suit you

The gym isn’t for everybody, and that is why I specialise in developing plans that can be done at home or outside with minimal equipment. The exercise plan will be designed to suit your lifestyle and be flexible enough to fit in around the inevitable speed bumps that life can put in front of us.

Whether you are at the very start of your fitness journey, or you just want some extra help to achieve your goals, I can be there to guide you, add some accountability, and give you the skills to reach your full potential.

As well as Personal Training, I can also offer guided walks, and an introduction to activities such as caving and climbing.

Three month programme designed to increase your fitness level, and give you the skills necessary to head into the hills on your own.

This plan will be tailored to your summit goal, whether that is somewhere in the Peak, or you are preparing for a Three Peaks challenge.

The programme will include the following:

•Three month fitness plan

•Weekly check ins

• Monthly call to discuss the plan and next stage of the fitness plan

• One day in person workshop that will include navigation, kit chats, and anything else you would like to discuss to help ou on your way to hill and mountain confidence
